Refund Policy

All payments to ScubaDR are non-refundable. Please review this policy before subscribing.

No refunds

Subscription fees (the US$25/month base plan and US$5 per additional seat) are billed in advance and are non-refundable, in whole or in part. This includes partial billing periods, unused seats, periods of inactivity, and accidental renewals.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining time.

Free trials

Where a free trial or promotional code is offered (for example, a two-month free promotion), you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and the no-refund policy applies to those charges.

Seat changes

Adding a team member adds a US$5/month seat, prorated for the current period. Removing a team member stops future charges for that seat but does not generate a refund for the current period.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a valid charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. Please reach out to us first — we're happy to help.

Exceptions

Any exception to this policy is at our sole discretion and, if granted, does not waive the policy for future charges. Where local law requires refunds that cannot be waived, we comply with that law.
