ScubaDR is a software platform provided by Dren Group LLC. We are not a dive shop, dive operator, instructor, or certification agency. We do not provide diving services, supervise dives, or guarantee the safety of any activity. The dive shop using ScubaDR is solely responsible for the safe and lawful conduct of its operations.
Content, templates, and tools in ScubaDR — including waiver and release templates, medical questionnaires, and checklists — are provided for convenience only and do not constitute legal, medical, or safety advice. Waiver and release language varies by jurisdiction and may be unenforceable if not properly drafted. You must have your own qualified attorney review any waiver, release, or policy before relying on it.
You are responsible for diver safety, instructor and crew certifications, equipment inspection and servicing, insurance, emergency procedures, data-protection compliance for your customers, tax, and all other legal and regulatory requirements that apply to your business and location. Reminders or due-dates shown in ScubaDR (for example, gear-service or waiver-expiry alerts) are aids only and do not replace your own checks.
When you upload identity documents, medical information, or signed waivers, you confirm you have a lawful basis and any necessary consent to do so. You remain the controller of that data; see our Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe; hosting and storage are provided by Supabase, Netlify, and Cloudflare. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third-party providers.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. See our Terms of Service for warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability.
Competitor pricing referenced on our website is drawn from publicly listed plans at the time of writing and may change; it is provided for general comparison only. Verify current pricing with each vendor.
